  • livin' it up in sweden

    after couple of struggling of putting my backpack on my back. i jst made a gravely discovery..

    my backpack is ridiciously overpacked.

    oy vey. once upon a blue moon.

    its not even a full moon yet.

    i think i shall dump some clothes over the bridge toward denmark and bid it good riddance.

  • Halfway through the europe...

    madrid had came and went. blinked my eyes twice.. aight. we are in dublin, indeed.

    got my seventh edition of harry potter series at madrid.

    im getting sick of squeezin' the air out of the ziplock bags to hold my clothes intact so that way i could have more space in my backpack. guess the space is running out. i might have to send some things overseas so that way it wouldnt be in my way for another month.

    im so sick of hauling my backpack on my back. my elbow's killing me.

    im so sick of cramped hostels.

    im so sick of euros and that is in what dollars...?

    im so sick of stairs and steps..

    and yet, the sights.. are sooo amazing breath-taking.. jst viewed the must sees in dublin. the castle. st. patrick church and guinness brewery. tomorrow, jeni and i are headin' out west to galway to see the greenery ireland.. :)

  • Hola from barcelona!!

    we are finally here in the country of red, yellow and black along with the rices in our food.  we were supposed to get an overnight train to barcelona from paris but apparently our intented train was booked and full.  the very next train to barcelona is the next day and that means.. an overnight stay at Gare du Paris Nord train station.  the security people with muzzled dogs relocated us to outside at 1am. the werid people do come out at the night, indeed. we relocated with 2 groups of 3 boys from spain, we bonded with a mini game of soccer in the wee hours in the morning.  after three hours of laughter, we finally relocated inside for some warmth. we finally got on the train to south france then got on the train to barcelona at 10pm. after the trek through the wine vineyards and the mountains, we can finally breathe spain..

    we were baffled to see the sun after traveling 2 weeks in sun and worshipped the sun at barcelona beach and now we are one big happy family of red lobsters.

    sunshine, baby!
